6.3. DRIVE SELECT LEVER
(L) Low (R) Reverse
(H) High (P) Park
(N) Neutral
NOTE
Make sure that the drive select lever is completely shifted into
position.
Before shifting, you must stop the machine and return the throttle
lever to its closed position until the engine speed to the specified
idling speed. Otherwise, the transmission may be damaged.
NOTE
Apply the rear brake and shift the shift lever into P position
before turning off the engine when parking the vehicle on an
incline if you park on an incline with shift lever in H, L or R
position, vehicle weight will make it difficult to shift into neutral.
6.3.1. Neutral to high and high to low
1. Bring the ATV to a complete stop and return the throttle
lever to the closed position.
2. Apply the brakes, and then shift by moving the drive
select lever along the shift guide.
