Forward Settings
You can select whether all received documents are forwarded, or only documents that meet the conditions. The table
below lists the items to be set.
Forward all received documents (Use Rule for All Receptions)
By applying the requirements to all receptions, you can have all faxes that you receive be printed or forwarded based on
the requirements.
To use requirements for all receptions, use the following procedure.

Display the screen.
[System Menu] key > [FAX] > [Next] of "RX/Forward Rules" > [Use Rule for All RX]

Configure the Forwarding Destination.
1 [Next] of "Forward Setting" > [Change] of "Forwarding"
2 [On] or [Off] > [OK]
3 Select [Change] of "Forward Destination".
4 Select the other party by selecting one of the following keys > [OK] > [OK]

Off Do not perform condition-based reception/forwarding. Received faxes are
printed on paper.

Use Rule for Specific RX Forward without specifying conditions. Received faxes are all handled in the
same way.

To register setting by each reception requirement, refer to the following:
Forward only received documents that match the conditions (Use Rule for Specific RX) (page 5-5)
To change the entry contents, follow the same operation.
When using requirements for all receptions, received documents can not be stored in the FAX Box.
You can register multiple destinations. By setting a group as the destination, you can
specify up to 500 recipients.
Key Description
E-mail Addr Entry Forward originals in e-mail transmission. Enter the e-mail address of
the other party to which you will forward the received originals.
Address Book Select the destination registered in the Address Book or Ext Address
Book
