Cut the cushion at the position [A] along the groove of the left top cover of the paper
feeder. Remove the screws on the left top cover (screw x2). These screws are used in
Step 118.

Slide the left top cover [A] in the direction of the blue arrow and remove it.

Slide the center top cover [A] in the direction of the blue arrow and remove it (screw
x3).

Re-attach the left top cover. These screws are used in Step 115.

Attach the cover plate [A] (provided with AK-9140) to the front edge (screw x2: M4x8).
• Fixing screws are also provided with AK-9140.
