Open Duplex Feed Cover. 10. Reload the paper.

Remove any jammed paper.
7.
Push Feed Cover back in.
Paper Jam at the Cassette
1.
Pull Cassette 1 out toward you until it stops.
2.
Remove any jammed paper. Do not reuse the jammed
papers. If the paper tears during removal, be sure to remove
any loose scraps of paper from inside the machine. Scraps of
paper left in the device could cause subsequent jamming.
8.
Push Cassette 1 back in.
9.
Open the multipurpose tray.
3. Push Cassette 1 back in.
