16.2.2. Factory service
In the event a Lab.gruppen product requires factory service, you may contact Lab.gruppen’s service department
for return instructions and a Return Authorization number.
Please note for product return:
6. Use the original packing.
7. Include a copy of the sales receipt, your name, return address, phone and fax number, email address and
description of the defect.
8. Mark the Return Authorization number on the outside of the packing.
