1.- Connect the portable sous vide to an electricity outlet with
adequate connection voltage, size and configuration. If the
plug does not fit into the outlet, please contact an authorised
electrician to determine adequate voltage and size and install
and adequate electricity power supply.

unit from the power supply and let it cool before carrying out
any maintenance task.
