16  PLUS - Special Functions
16.7 - MULTIPROBES
The special Multiprobes function,
with the 2 multi-point probes for core
cooking, allows you to simultaneously
cook differing products and sizes.
 Press “PLUS” directly on the touch
screen to access the Special Functions.
 • Select “Multiprobes” directly on
the touch-screen, or rotate the
Scroller+ until you are positioned on
“Multiprobes” and then confirm by
pressing the Scroller+.
