AB CRUNCH CABLE ROUTING
CABLE ROUTING INSTRUCTION
Assembly Description:
A) Route the AB Crunch Cable Assembly (#73) through the front / middle section of the Vertical Upright (#4). Place
the cable over the 3.5 inch pulley and add the pulley stop hardware. Note: In most cases the installed pulleys most be
removed in order to route the cable assemblies.
B) Thread the end of cable into the barrel of the (Single) Floating Pulley Assembly (#14). Do not fully tighten the lock-
ing nut or make cable adjustments until all cable assemblies have been properly routed.. (Reference Figure #1)
C) Loop the intermediate (floating) pulley assembly over the cable section (as shown) and tighten the pulley mounting
hardware. (Reference Figure #11)
D) Check the routing and make sure the cable is properly tracking in the V-groove of all the pulleys.
E) Add a Snap Link (#61) onto the front cable termination and attach the Lat Bar (#9). Rest the Lat Bar on top of the
bar holder and avoid letting it hang down during non-usage.
