FREE MOTION CABLE ROUTING
Assembly Description:
Assembly Note: (Preinstalled) pulleys will need to be removed in order to route the cable assembly.
A) (If applicable) Disassemble the termination ends of the Free Motion Cable Assembly (Figure #12). Route cable the
over the 3.5 inch Floating Pulley Assembly(#14).
B) Remove the Pulley Caps (#20) and route the cable ends around the lower pulleys. Reinstall the Pulley Caps and
continue routing the cable ends up to each side of the Free Motion Assembly.
C) Route each cable end through the swivel pulleys and assemble the stop ball and U-clamp to the ends of the cable.
Insert a shoulder bolt into each U-clamp and slide the D-ring ends of the Hand Grips over the bolt. Secure the
shoulder bolt in place using a flat washer and nylon nut.
D) Verify all cables are routed correctly and check the range of motion (movement). Use the threaded termination
points to make any needed adjustments. Once the cables are adjusted, use the jam nuts to lock the threaded
termination points in position. Note: Cables will stretch with use and periodic adjustments are recommended.
