Why is there no product dispensed from my Lancer Dispenser?
    • S
      Sean Smith MDAug 20, 2025
If no product is dispensed from your Lancer Dispenser, several factors could be at play. First, ensure that the water and syrup shutoffs are fully OPEN. Next, check that the cup lever arm or I.D. Panel actuator is actuating the switch; if not, repair or replace it. Verify that electric current is reaching the valve according to the specifications, and if adequate, inspect the solenoid coil and switch, replacing them if necessary. Also, check for proper water and syrup supply by removing the valve from the mounting block and slightly opening the stems. If there's no supply, inspect the dispenser for freeze-up or other issues. Finally, ensure that the BIB (Bag-In-Box) is not empty and replace it if needed.

What to do if my Lancer Dispenser valve will not shut OFF?
    • A
      Angela AllenAug 22, 2025
If the valve on your Lancer Dispenser won't shut OFF, there are several possible causes. The cup lever might be sticking or binding, so try to correct or replace the lever. The switch might not be actuating properly, so check it for free actuation. The solenoid armature might not be returning to its bottom position, in which case you should replace the defective solenoid armature or spring. Finally, there could be debris or damage to the paddle arms; remove any debris and/or replace the damaged paddle arms.

What to do if my Lancer Dispenser is dispensing water only or syrup only?
    • C
      Christopher GloverAug 25, 2025
If your Lancer Dispenser is dispensing only water or only syrup, start by checking that the water or syrup stem on the mounting block is fully OPEN. If the stems are open, remove the valve from the mounting block and open the stem slightly to check for proper syrup and water supply. If there is no supply, check the dispenser for freeze-up or other problems.

How to fix excessive foaming in my Lancer Dispenser?
    • M
      Melissa HillAug 26, 2025
To address excessive foaming in your Lancer Dispenser, consider the following: * Ensure that the incoming water or syrup temperature is not too high. * Readjust and reset the oBrix if the water flow rate is too high. * Clean the nozzle and diffuser if they are not clean. * Properly install the nozzle and diffuser if they are not correctly installed. * Check the CO2 pressure to ensure it is set correctly.

What to do if the SOLD OUT alarm on my Lancer Dispenser does not shut OFF?
    • P
      Peter RiosAug 28, 2025
If the SOLD OUT alarm on your Lancer Dispenser does not shut OFF, it could be due to a few reasons. First, check if the pressure switch is ON. If it is, check the syrup supply, syrup bag line connections, and CO2 supply. Also, check for loose connections. If none of these resolve the issue, you may need to replace the pressure switch. If the problem persists, the PCB may have failed, requiring replacement.

Why won't my Lancer Dispenser go into AUTO mode?
    • M
      Melissa WhiteAug 30, 2025
If your Lancer Dispenser won't go into AUTO mode, first check to ensure the cables are plugged in correctly. If the issue persists, the switch might be broken and need replacement. If neither of these solutions works, the PCB may have failed and require replacement.

Why is water not dispensing from the valve of my Lancer Dispenser?
    • R
      Ryan ConradAug 31, 2025

    • D
      Diana BennettSep 2, 2025
To fix insufficient water flow in your Lancer Dispenser, first check the incoming water from the carbonator to ensure minimum flowing pressure. Also, remove the water flow control from the upper body and clean out any foreign materials to ensure smooth free piston movement.

What does it mean if my Lancer Dispenser has an erratic Ratio oBrix?
    • D
      Donald LeonardSep 6, 2025
An erratic Ratio oBrix in your Lancer Dispenser can be caused by insufficient flowing pressure in the incoming water and/or syrup supply. Check both to ensure they have sufficient flowing pressure. It can also be caused by foreign debris in the water and/or syrup flow controls. Remove the flow controls and clean out any foreign materials to ensure smooth free piston movement.
