Why does the green power light not come on in my Lancer Dispenser?
    • M
      Matthew GravesSep 8, 2025
If the green power light on your Lancer Dispenser does not come on, there are several potential causes. First, ensure the unit is plugged in. If it is, check for loose connections by unscrewing the cover and securing all connections. Verify the polarity is correct, ensuring the flat side of the rectangle (between the terminals) is at the bottom and the red positive wire is on the right terminal. If these steps don't work, the transformer or PCB may have failed, requiring replacement.

What does it mean if the red light is on or the green light is off on the circuit board of my Lancer Dispenser?
    • S
      Stephen PetersenSep 12, 2025
If the red light on the circuit comes on or the green light on the circuit board does not come on in your Lancer Dispenser, check all connections to ensure they are secure. If the problem persists, the issue may be a bad solder joint or a failed PCB, requiring PCB replacement.

What to do if there is water leakage around the nozzle of my Lancer Dispenser?
    • J
      Jennifer ReillySep 12, 2025
If you notice water leakage around the nozzle of your Lancer Dispenser, it's likely due to the O-ring. Ensure the O-ring is properly installed above the diffuser. If it's damaged or missing, replace it.

Why does the red SOLD OUT LED not flash on my Lancer Dispenser?
    • A
      Andrea SchmidtSep 14, 2025
If, under a SOLD OUT condition, the SOLD OUT alarm sounds but the Red SOLD OUT LED does not flash on your Lancer Dispenser, ensure the cables are secure. Also, check that polarity is correct, ensuring flat side of the rectangle (between the terminals) is at bottom and that the red positive wire is on the right terminal.

What causes leakage between the upper and lower bodies of my Lancer Dispenser?
    • B
      Bruce MurphySep 16, 2025
Leakage between the upper and lower bodies of your Lancer Dispenser can be caused by one or more loose retaining screws; tighten all six (6) retaining screws. It can also be caused by paddle arm assemblies that are worn or damaged; replace the paddle arm assemblies in this case.

What to do about miscellaneous leakage in my Lancer Dispenser?
    • K
      kimberlynashSep 18, 2025
