APPENDIX A
Install ‘Java Runtime’ Environment
To allow interaction between the web interface program and any laptop or PC
connected to it, a ‘Java Runtime’ Environment must first be installed, via a free
download from the ‘Java’ website (WIN 95,98,ME,2000 o/s only) or from the
supplied CD (WIN XP).
• From Internet Explorer, access the ‘Java’ website at www.Java.com.
• Follow the download instructions.
Note
The ‘Java’ website checks the user operating system and automatically
assigns a compatible version download.
