What to do if my Landa Pressure Washer engine is overloaded?
    • G
      Gregory JonesAug 14, 2025
If your Landa Pressure Washer engine is overloaded, it could be due to a partially blocked nozzle. Clean the nozzle to resolve this. Alternatively, excessive pressure from high engine RPM could be the cause, so adjust the engine throttle to lower the RPM.

Why does my Landa Pressure Washer engine not start?
    • S
      Stephen RodriguezAug 17, 2025
If your Landa Pressure Washer engine will not start, it might be due to the low oil shutdown feature. Fill the engine with oil to resolve this.

Why is my Landa Pressure Washer losing pressure?
    • J
      Jonathan HarperAug 21, 2025
Low operating pressure in your Landa Pressure Washer can stem from several causes. Check for a closed faucet or insufficient water supply, and if so, open the faucet and use a larger garden hose, cleaning the inlet water screen. An old, worn, or incorrect spray nozzle can also be the culprit, so match the nozzle number to your machine or replace it with a new one. Plumbing or hose leaks can also cause this issue; inspect your plumbing system and re-tape any leaks with Teflon tape. A faulty or mis-adjusted unloader valve may also be the cause; adjust the unloader for proper pressure and install a repair kit if needed. Finally, ensure the machine hasn't been stored in freezing temperatures, and if so, thaw it out completely, including the hose, spray gun, and wand.

Why does my Landa Pressure Washer engine keep stopping after 15 minutes?
    • M
      melissa84Aug 25, 2025
If your Landa Pressure Washer engine operates for about 15 minutes and then stops, there are a few potential reasons. It could be due to insufficient gas or engine oil, so fill the tank with gas and check the oil level. Another cause might be vapor lock developed by the heat of the day; keep the gas tank full to avoid this. Lastly, an obstruction in the fuel filter could be the problem, so clean or replace the fuel filter.

What to do if my Landa Pressure Washer has fluctuating pressure?
    • L
      Lisa AnthonyAug 28, 2025
If your Landa Pressure Washer has fluctuating pressure, it could be due to the pump sucking air; check all pump lines and connections. If operated at higher altitudes, it may be necessary to install a high altitude main jet in the carburetor. Contact your local authorized engine sales and service center for details.

How to fix low pressure on my Landa PG4-2000 Pressure Washer after normal use?
    • M
      Michael HuberAug 30, 2025
If your Landa Pressure Washer has low pressure after a period of normal use, it could be because the nozzle is worn. Replace the nozzle to fix this. Another potential cause is a worn unloader valve, in which case you should replace the unloader valve.

What to do if my Landa PG4-2000 is leaking water from the pump protector?
    • B
      beckwilliamSep 3, 2025
If water is leaking from the pump protector of your Landa Pressure Washer, it could be due to the spray gun being closed while the machine is running for 5 minutes or longer. Open the spray gun or turn off the machine to prevent this. Another cause could be excess water supply pressure; place a pressure regulator at the end of the 50' garden hose.

Why is oil squirting out of the oil cap on my Landa PG4-2000 pump?
    • M
      Misty BurtonSep 6, 2025
If oil is squirting out of the oil cap on your Landa Pressure Washer pump, it's likely because the pump is overfilled with oil. To correct this, maintain the oil level at the red dot on the sight glass at the rear of the pump or at the top of the notch on the dipstick.
