๎˜ƒ Check the circuit breaker or fuse
๎˜ƒ Check the voltage to the motor
๎˜ƒ Limit switch is failed
โ™ฆ Motor wire is burnt
๎˜ƒ Replace the burnt fuse or reset the
circuit breaker
๎˜ƒ Supply correct voltage for motor
๎˜ƒ Replace the limit switch
โ™ฆ Replace the motor
Motor is running, but
the lift canโ€™t be raised.
๎˜ƒ Motor rotation reversed
๎˜ƒ Solenoid valve body open.
๎˜ƒ Hydraulic pump sucks the air
๎˜ƒ Suction tube is separate from the
hydraulic pump
๎˜ƒ Low oil level
๎˜ƒ Change the motor rotating direction by
changing wire connection.
๎˜ƒ Repair or replace the solenoid valve
body
๎˜ƒ Fasten all the suction pipe fittings
๎˜ƒ Replace the suction tube
๎˜ƒ Add the oil into the oil tank
Motor is running, the
lift can be raised
without load, but the
vehicle canโ€™t be raised
๎˜ƒ Motor is running under low voltage
๎˜ƒ Impurities inside the solenoid valve
body
๎˜ƒ Regulation pressure of safety valve is
incorrect
๎˜ƒ Lift is overloaded
๎˜ƒ Supply correct voltage to the motor
๎˜ƒ Remove impurities from the solenoid
valve body.
๎˜ƒ Adjust the safety valve
๎˜ƒ Check the weight of the vehicle

๎˜ƒ Re-install the oil return pipe
The lift canโ€™t rise
horizontally
๎˜ƒ Balance cable is not adjusted properly
๎˜ƒ The lift is installed on the slop floor
๎˜ƒ Adjust the balance cable to the proper
tension
๎˜ƒ Shimming the columns to level the
lift(no more than 5mm), If exceeding
5mm, pour new concrete floor and
make it leveled. Refer to installation
description.
Anchor Bolt is not
fastened
๎˜ƒ Hole is drilled too big
๎˜ƒ Concrete floor thickness or fastening
force is insufficient
๎˜ƒ Pour the fast curing concrete into the
big hole and reinstall the anchor Bolt ,
or use new drill to drill the hole for
re-positioning the lift
๎˜ƒ Cut open the old concrete and make
new concrete slab for the lift. Refer to
