- Before fixing the plate, predispose one or more sheaths for thebase
electric wires. Terminals of sheaths must reach the hole
predisposed in the plate.base
- Fix the plate on the concrete base through suitable screws andbase
plugs. It is advisable to use lock-washers.
- Make sure the plate is perfectly parallel to the concrete basebase
surface.
If on the installation area there isn’t a foundation for fixing the base
plate, proceed as follows:
- Make a with a dimension suitable to contain the concrete basehole
for the plate.base
- Allow that sheaths of electric cables reach the holewiring
predisposed in the plate.base
- Bend 90° downward the three fins predisposed in the plate.base
- Pour the concrete in the and place the plate byhole base
complying with the dimensions shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3.
Attention: plate is not to be fully dipped in the concrete, butbase
only up to the low edge “K” (see fig.4).
- Make sure the plate is perfectly parallel to the concrete base.base
- Wait for the concrete to solidify.
