5 Individual menu settings
In the following one all possibilities of the attitudes are described. The expressions written in the titles in
round parentheses correspond to the representations on the announcement.
5.1 Choice of the program number (ProgNumm)
Here can be selected one by 8 programs, with which is to be bolted. Each attitude which with a program
number is made with the appropriate number stored.
They have to keep and select so the possibility the attitudes for 8 different screws directly.
Exception: If you attached a head holder, only 4 programs are available.
See 5.30 Head holder (HeadHold)
5.2 Setting the speed (Speed)
Sets the speed of the screwdriver in revolutions per minute.
5.3 Setting the torque (Torque)
Sets the screwdriver’s torque for screwing.
5.4 Announcement release of the system attitudes (AllMenu)
Only attainable through pressures of a menu key at least 2 sec. One set here, all following menu options are
indicated, and if they are not protected by the Protection, to the adjustment freely given.
5.5 Screw (Do screw) [only for TE-QC]
Yes or No determines whether the screwdriver will screw or not during an operation. This means that if you
only want to check whether a screw that has already been screwed in has been properly tightened, the
choice is “No”. When “Yes” is chosen, the screwdriver will first screw in the items and then carry out a check
after the pre-set number of screws.
5.6 Direction of rotation (Invers)
With „Yes“ the screwdriver works for left-hand thread.
5.7 Forwards screw torque (PreeTorq)
With adjusted the percentage of the torque attitude, the screwdriver reduces its speed to the minimum speed
and drives with this up to the given torque (adjustable value 1 to 100%). This prevents that by the self-
dynamics of the screwdriver the given torque is exceeded. This is possible however only in limited measure.
Dependent on the number of revolutions, this value must be adapted to the hardness of the material, the
screw as well as the type of the screwdriver. For example cutting screws or for a long time strictly turning
screws, need here high values (50%). This value must be adapted with each case of screwing.
5.8 Waiting time under torque (T u Torque)
A waiting period is between 0.1 and 5.0 seconds under torque. This is the time for which the screwdriver
holds its torque after a screwing operation.
