  If your LeeBoy Farm Equipment engine turns over but doesn't start, here are some things to check: * Verify the fuel level in the tank. * Drain and refill the fuel tank if the fuel is contaminated. * Check the fuel cutoff. * Remove the fuel cap and listen for air entering the tank rapidly to ensure the fuel tank vent isn't clogged. * Repair or replace the fuel pump if it's faulty. * Clean or replace the air filter element if it's restricted. * Check voltage to injection transfer pump. * If the engine is flooded, turn off the fuel valve under the tank and turn the engine over until it clears out the cylinders and starts. Once it starts, turn the fuel valve back on.

A defective ignition switch or controls not in Neutral can also prevent the starter from turning; check the ignition switch and safety neutral switches. Corroded engine ground, undercharged batteries, or poor battery cable contact might be the cause; check and clean the engine ground wire and battery connections. In addition, the neutral start switch might be defective.
