If the cold plate of your Leica Laboratory Equipment can't cool down to the target temperature but no alarm is triggered, first ensure the room temperature is within 20~30 °C. Also, ensure there's sufficient space (at least 15 cm) between the instrument and the wall. Clean the cold plate and restart the instrument. If the problem continues, it may require professional assistance.
