12 TECHNICAL DATA
12.11 LIMITATIONS ON USE
The Leica M320 surgical microscope may be used in enclosed rooms and on at surfaces with
max. 0.3° unevenness and on stable walls or ceilings that fulll our specications (see Installa-
tion Manual).
Not intended for ophthalmology.
The Leica F12 stand is not intended to be moved down steps of more than 20 mm in height.
To move the surgical microscope over thresholds of 20 mm, the wedge (arrow) included in the
packaging can be used.
Without auxiliary equipment, the Leica M320 can only be moved across thresholds up to a
max. height of 5 mm.
Place the wedge (arrow) in
front of the threshold.
Move the surgical micro-
scope across the threshold in
transport position, pushing it
by the handgrip.
