Connecting pradovit-f with universal Motor for
110 - 240 V and 50 - 60
Cycles.
The voltage and cycle selector is fitted at the
bottom of the instrument and can be seen
after unscrewing the bottom-panel. The sett-
ing for the various voltages is done as
follows:
1. Losen screw with screw-driver.
2. Turn the Pertinaxplate so that the desired
voltage
+
cycle nomination stand oppo-
site each other as for instance in the illu-
stration 50 cycles, 220 volts.
To set the frequencey to 50 or 60 cycles, both
screws holding the rectangular Pertinaxplate
of the transformer are losened. The rectangu-
lar plate is then shifted so that the required
number of frequency stands opposite the cor-
responding voltage.

The interchangeable Lenses
You can change the LEITZ projection lenses
from 90 mm to 120 mm focal length on the
pradovit without adjustment of the condenser
system. For longer focal lengths a different
lens tube and movable condenser are re-
quired.
