Ifyouexperienceproblemswithyourcomputer,usetheLenovoSolutionCenterprogramasastarting
pointforsolvingthem.
TheLenovoSolutionCenterprogramenablesyoutotroubleshootandresolvecomputerproblems.It
combinesdiagnostictests,systeminformationcollection,securitystatus,andsupportinformation,along
withhintsandtipsformaximumsystemperformance.

Ifyourcomputerhasanerror,ittypicallydisplaysamessageoranerrorcode,orabeepsoundswhen
youturniton.Whenyouexperienceaproblem,refertothecorrespondingsectionsinthistopictotryto
solvetheproblembyyourself.

Printtheseinstructionsnowandkeepitwithyourcomputerforreferencelater.
Ifyourcomputeriscompletelyunresponsive(youcannotusetheThinkPadpointingdeviceorthekeyboard),
dothefollowing:
1.Pressandholdthepowerbuttonuntilthecomputerturnsoff.Afterthecomputeristurnedoff,restartby
pressingthepowerbutton.Ifthecomputerdoesnotturnon,continuewithstep2.
