Installingthedriverforthechipset
Toinstallthedriverforthechipset,dothefollowing:
1.CopythedriverforthechipsetfromtheThinkServerEasyStartupDVDthatcomeswithyourservertoa
USBstoragedevice.ConnecttheUSBstoragedevicetoyourserver.
2.Usethefollowingcommandstoinstallthedriverforthechipset.

Pnputil–i–a*.inf
Notes:
•e:representsthedriveletterofyourUSBstoragedevice.
•TheChipsetwindowsorWin7representsthenameofthefolderwherethedriverisstored.Use
thecorrespondingfoldernamesonyourserver.
3.ClickInstall.Theinstallationbegins.
4.Restartyourserveraftertheinstallationcompletes.
InstallingthedriverforanEthernetcard
ToinstallthedriverfortheEthernetcard,dothefollowing:
1.CopythedriverfortheEthernetcardfromtheThinkServerEasyStartupDVDthatcomeswithyourserver
toaUSBstoragedevice.ConnecttheUSBstoragedevicetoyourserver.
2.UsethefollowingcommandstoinstallthedriverfortheEthernetcard.

yourservertoaUSBstoragedevice.ConnecttheUSBstoragedevicetoyourserver.
2.Usethefollowingcommandstoinstallthedriver.
