which you might have contracted.

As an alternative to calling Lenovo Support, you can go to

to submit an Electronic Service Request. Submitting an Electronic Service Request will start the
process of determining a solution to your problem by making the pertinent information available to the
service technicians. The Lenovo service technicians can start working on your solution as soon as you have
completed and submitted an Electronic Service Request.

1. Input the user name and password to enter the ONTAP main interface.
2. Click the Settings button on the top right corner of the interface. Then, click Autosupport.
3. Select each of the controllers and verify that the AutoSupport configuration is enabled for each of the
controllers.
4. Then, select how the AutoSupport data is sent.
Note: The available transport protocols are http, https, and smtp.
5. If necessary, configure the proxy.
6. Configure the mail-host and e-mail recipient that will receive the data.
