Installing the expansion cards

How to mount the expansion cards:
1. Switch off the device.
2. Open the housing:
– Loosen the six screws .
– Lift the housing cover upwards.
3. Remove the retention clip :
– Loosen the two screws and remove the retention clip upwards.
4. Insert expansion card:
– Remove the bracket of the respective slot.
– Push the expansion card with light pressure from above into the socket connector
on the main board. The main board must not bend!
– Make sure that the card is inserted correctly in the socket connector.
– Screw the bracket of the expansion card.
5. Mount the retention clip :
– Place the retention clip and fix it with two screws .
6. Fix the expansion card with a plastic bar.
– Select the plastic bar according the card height (plastic bar and fixing screws are
included in the scope of supply.)
– Push it at the card position from above through the slot in the retention clip
until the expansion card is fixed.
– Screw it with fixing screws.
7. Close the housing:
– Carefully place the housing cover on the housing.
– Tighten the six screws .
