16.4.2 Basic seng and opons
Addressing the system bus nodes
The rst device in the system bus network is always acve as EtherCAT master. In addion,
this device is also an internal EtherCAT slave, which e. g. provides a DC master (Distributed
Clock
s).
The slave devices at the system bus are addressed via their acve EtherCAT staon address.
This address is assigned by the master while the system bus is inialised:
•
The in
ternal slave in the master device has the address "1001".
•
The rst slave in the network has the address "1002".
•
The sec
ond slave in the network has the address "1003" etc.
Master/slave funconality
The 0x2371:009 parameter is used to set the funconality of the system bus interface of the
inverter (EtherCAT master/slave).
Parameter
Address Name / seng range / [default seng] Info
0x2371:009 EtherCAT on board: Interface mode
•
Seng can only be changed if the inverter is inhibi-
t
ed.
Selecon of the master/slave funconality for the EtherCAT interface.
For acvang this seng, save the parameter set and restart the device.
