Unlocking the doors
1 Unlock the remote key front cover, slide it away from the lock 3mm and remove in the
direction shown.
2 Hold the remote key firmly and remove the key blade in the direction shown.
3 Unlatch the key cylinder cover using the key blade.
4 Pull the key cylinder towards the rear of the vehicle to remove it.
5 Insert the key blade into the key cylinder and turn it anticlockwise to unlock the vehicle.
6 Open the door. To turn the alarm off, place the remote key on the back-up key reader and
turn the rotary switch START/STOP clockwise and release it.
7 Remove the key blade and install the key cylinder cover.
8 Return the key blade to the remote key.
Jump starting the 12 volt battery
WARNING
The high voltage system can be dangerous. Be careful when you do work near
high voltage components and high voltage cables. High voltage cables are
orange for identification. High voltage cables that are not orange have high
voltage warning labels. If you do not obey this it can cause injury or death.
