Staple Alarm
Purpose:

Toner Alarm
Purpose:
To specify how the printer responds when it is low on toner.

Off* Load Staples is displayed until someone loads staples. If an Auto Continue value
is selected from the Setup Menu, the printer resumes printing after the specified
timeout value.
Single Printer stops printing, displays Load Staples, and sounds three quick beeps.
Continuous Printer stops printing, displays Load Staples, and repeats three beeps every 10
seconds until the staple cartridge is replaced.
Off* An error message is displayed until someone replaces the toner cartridge. If an
Auto Continue value is selected from the Setup Menu, the printer resumes printing
after the specified timeout value.
