Common Variables for PCL Emulation
Note: The word common applies to those variables common to both your printer
and the Hewlett-Packard Company’s LaserJet printers.
Use these variables only for PCL emulation. The
[command modifier:value]
parameter should be specified as
LPARM:PCL. For example:
@PJL SET LPARM:PCL FONTSOURCE=I<CR><LF>

SYMSET Symbol set for the
default font
For a list of the values for the Lexmark C752,
see “Selecting Symbol Sets for Lexmark C752”
on page 2-21.
For a list of the values for the Lexmark E220,
see “Selecting Symbol Sets for Lexmark E220”
on page 2-10.
If a symbol set is requested that is not resident
in the printer, the symbol set is not changed.
