6 Align the guides on the bottom of the tray with the tracks in the printer.
Note: You must align the guide properly or the tray will not slide into the printer.
7 Push the tray all the way into the printer.
Behind Tray 5
To access jams behind tray 5, remove tray 3, and tray 2 if necessary. Then, reach behind tray
5 and pull the paper out.
