a Push the green lever toward the back of the printer to loosen it, and then pull it up.
b Drop the lever down and pull it up again. Repeat this two or three times.
The jammed print media is forced out from under the fuser so you can grasp it easier.
It forces it out in one of two methods, so remove the jam based on the location as
follows.
