Clearing jams from the optional duplex unit
Note: If an optional envelope feeder is installed on the printer, you must remove it
so you can open the duplex unit door. For instructions, see Removing the
optional envelope feeder.
1 Push up on the latch to release the duplex unit door (Door E).
2 Gently lower the door to the open position.
