Scanning to an application
1 Open the top cover.
2 Place your photo face down on the scanner bed in the bottom, right corner.
3 Close the cover.
4 Click Start Programs Lexmark X83 Scan & Copy Control Program.
5 Click the Send to Application button.
6 From the application list, select the application you want to scan to.
7 From the file type list, select the file type.
8 Click Send.

1 Open the top cover.
2 Place your photo face down on the scanner bed in the bottom, right corner.
3 Close the cover.
4 Click Start Programs Lexmark X83 Scan & Copy Control Program.
5 Click the Send to Application button.
