Troubleshooting
When the printer has a problem, first make sure:
• The power supply is plugged into the printer and an electrical outlet.
• The printer is turned on.
• The sticker and transparent tape are removed from the bottom of the cartridge.
• The USB cable is securely attached to the computer and printer.
• The paper is loaded correctly.
• The printer is set as the default printer.
• The computer is turned on.
