10. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Keep your invoice which is the proof that you have bought the bike..
Please return the warranty certicate or complete the online form on our website www.lfbike.co.uk.
In case of complaint, the purchaser must return the complete bike to the store where the purchase was
made, with this certicate.
Repairs can only be carried out by the retailer where you bought your electric bicycle or an authorized agent
(please contact us at the address below for a list). Failure to comply with this clause or modication of
technical data automatically void the warranty.
Warranty will be refused if the damages are due to: :
• A lack of maintenance, an incomplete or bad assembly;
• An improper use of the bike (two peoples on the bike, jump…);
• A bad adjustment made by the user.
The normal wear of the parts is not included in the warranty: brake pads, brake, chain, light, tyres, inner tube
etc. The warranty is not valid for use in competition.
Time for the warranty:
• 5 years for the frame
• 2 years for the other parts.
• 1 year for the battery.
During the warranty period, each asset of the bike over seven days, will extended the warranty period
of the duration of detention. The warranty does not give right to any compensation in cash or in kind for
immobilisation of the bike for the duration of the warranty.
Warranty and after sale are taken in charge by the seller of the bike. He could give you any advice or
explanation regarding the bike working or maintenance.
The warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, failure to observe the precautions, or accident,
nor to incorrect usage or commercial use of a bicycle.
This bike is for personal and non commercial use.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from repairs carried out by unauthorized persons.
Every electronic components of the bike is closed. The opening of one of these components (battery, screen,
motor, controller, etc…) may harm the physical integrity of persons or to the system. Opening or modifying a
system component invalidates the warranty of the bicycle.
The warranty does not cover cracked or broken parts where signs of visible damage.
WARNING ! Do not confuse maintenance and warranty. Maintenance revisions and adjustments can not be
made free under the warranty.
