3 Button Operation at Login Screen
• As the fingerprint recognition device is on the power button. the fingerprint is not recognized during login, or the PC
enters the sleep mode according to the power settings when you press the power button.
To sign in, scan your finger on the
fingerprint reader.

When the PC is turned off or is in sleep mode, you can automatically log in to Windows by pressing the power button (fingerprint
recognition).
• User’s fingerprint must be registered on the PC to use this function.
NOTE
1 When you get a message saying "Couldn’t recognize that fingerprint. Make sure you’ve set up your fingerprint in
Windows Hello.".
• The message can be displayed sometimes because of anti fingerprint forgery function or because the fingerprint was not
properly recognized. Lightly touch the fingerprint recognition device again to log in.
