PermissionforUseandModificationWithoutDistribution
(1)YouarepermittedtousetheStandardVersionandcreateanduseModifiedVersionsfor
anypurposewithoutrestriction,providedthatyoudonotDistributetheModifiedVersion.

(2)YoumayDistributeverbatimcopiesoftheSourceformoftheStandardVersionofthis

(4)YoumayDistributeyourModifiedVersionasSource(eithergratisorforaDistributor
Fee,andwithorwithoutaCompiledformoftheModifiedVersion)providedthatyou
clearlydocumenthowitdiffersfromtheStandardVersion,including,butnotlimitedto,
documentinganynon-standardfeatures,executables,ormodules,andprovidedthatyou
doatleastONEofthefollowing:
(a)maketheModifiedVersionavailabletotheCopyrightHolderoftheStandardVersion,
undertheOriginalLicense,sothattheCopyrightHoldermayincludeyourmodificationsin
theStandardVersion.
(b)ensurethatinstallationofyourModifiedVersiondoesnotpreventtheuserinstallingor
runningtheStandardVersion.Inaddition,theModifiedVersionmustbearanamethatis
differentfromthenameoftheStandardVersion.
(c)allowanyonewhoreceivesacopyoftheModifiedVersiontomaketheSourceformof
