Adding an event to your calendar
1 On the clock screen, drag your finger twice across from
right to left to the top menu. Touch Utilities, select
Organiser, and then choose Calendar.
2 Select the date to which you want to add an event.
3 Press the Send key , then Add event.
4 Touch Category then choose between Appointment,
Anniversary or Birthday.
5 If you would like to add a note to your event, touch Note
and type in the details. For appointment, you can also
enter the
Location.
6 Enter the Start day and Start time you want your event
to begin.
For appointments and anniversaries, you can enter the
End day and End time the event finishes.
7 Select Alarm to set an alert for the event. If you want to
repeat the alarm, select
Repeat.
8 Touch Save to save the event in the calendar.
TIP! You can set holiday dates in your calendar. Touch each
day you are on holiday one at time, press the Send key
,
and then select Set holiday.
Adding an item to your To-Do list
1 On the clock screen, drag your finger twice across from
right to left to the top menu. Touch Utilities, select
Organiser, and then choose To do.
