1 Q I forgot the password for the PhoneLock.

Unlock the ‘Pattern Lock’ every 5 times / Pin code failure will lead to a pop-up msg
calling for a retry in 30 sec.
To make an emergency call, click the ‘Emergency Call’ button under the Keypad
menu. To unlock the Pattern Lock and Pin Code , visit a service center.

-> HW Factory Reset key combination.

-> Power OFF -> Power key + Volume down key + Home key -> Factory reset.

2 Q What should I do to save les on the SD card?
A
To put les on SD Card, connect the USB cable. Install a USB Driver compatible with your
phone on PC.
1. Upon connecting the USB cable to the phone, you will see a pop-up on the phone.
Select the ‘Send Media File’ in the pop-up.
Then, the PC will display a window for portable disk.
Open the folder to move the le to. Select a le to move on PC and copy it to the
portable disk window.
2. Do the same as in #1 to move les to PC. Select the le in the portable disk window
and copy it to PC.
