Using the Numbers Mode
123 Mode enables you to enter numbers
in a text message (a telephone number,
for example) more quickly.
Press the keys corresponding to the
required digits before manually
switching back to the appropriate text
entry mode.
Using Symbol Mode
Symbol Mode enables you to enter
various symbols or special characters.
To access symbols, press the key. Use
the navigation keys (up/down navigation
key icons) to scroll through the pages.
Press the corresponding number key on
the keypad to enter a symbol.
New T9 Word
New T9 Word is an option that allows the
user to add any unique or personal
words to the T9 standard language
database. This option can be selected by
pressing the right soft key Options from
a text field, and selecting 5 New T9
Word. Within this option, the user can
add, modify, delete, or reset the personal
words.
