Cable connection is OK?
(CN101, CN300, CN301, CN400)
3.6 V load on L301?
Check the IC300
Pin17, 18, 19, 20 signal.
Connect the cable correctly or replace it.
Check power circuit troubleshooting.
Replace IC300.
Replace LD401, LD402.
