1) Check 3.3 VA at L602.
2) If 3.3 VA is not output, check 12 VA at pin3, 5 of IC606.
3) 1), 2) is OK.  Replace IC606.
2-4. IC607
1) Check 1.2 VA at L601
2) If 1.2 VA is not outputted, check 5.1 VA at pin3, 5 of IC607.
3) 1), 2) is OK.  Replace IC607.
