6-1. Solution
Replace FL851 on MAIN bottom board.
6-2. How to troubleshoot (Countermeasure)
1) Please check externally status USB connector on your eyes. (at JK853)
2) Please check USB data signal at FL851 (signal D-, D+).
If you have not data signal, please replace FL851.
