TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Reason & Solution
Water does not enter
washing machine or it
enters slowly.
Water supply is not adequate in that location.
• Check another tap in the house.
Water supply tap is not completely open.
• Fully open tap.
Water supply hose(s) are kinked.
• Straighten hose or reinstall the water supply hose.
The filter of the supply hose(s) clogged.
• Check and clean the filter of the supply hose.
Water supply of detergent dispenser might be blocked.
• Clean the detergent dispenser drawer, especially top and bottom of
the drawer’s opening.
Water in the washing
machine does not drain or
drains slowly.
Drain hose is kinked or clogged.
• Clean and straighten the drain hose.
The drain filter is clogged.
• Check and Clean the drain filter.
Too much detergent or unsuitable detergent may cause excessive
foaming, which makes draining more difficult.
• Make sure that the suggested amount of detergent is according to
the manufacturer’s recommendations.
