What to do if my Linsar 24LED550 won't turn on?
    • D
      David BarrettAug 6, 2025
First, ensure the AC power cord is securely plugged into the wall outlet and that the outlet is switched on. Check if the power indicator at the bottom of the TV is lit. If you're using a multi-outlet, verify it's working correctly by plugging the TV directly into a wall outlet. Finally, try turning on the TV using the power button located on the TV itself.

Why is there no picture or sound from my external device connected to my Linsar 24LED550?

      Monica MartinAug 12, 2025
Make sure the connection to the external device is correct and all cables are fully inserted. Try removing and reconnecting all cables connected to both the TV and the external devices. If possible, test with new cables. Restart the connected devices by unplugging their power cords and plugging them back in. If 'No Signal' appears on the TV, ensure the correct input source is selected. When using a component cable, check that the green (Y), blue (Pb), and red (Pr) jacks are plugged into their corresponding connectors.

How to fix a Linsar HDTV remote control that is not working?
    • T
      Tina CampbellAug 18, 2025
First, make sure the batteries are installed correctly, paying attention to the (+/–) poles. Remove any obstacles between the remote and the TV's remote control sensor. Check if the power indicator on the TV blinks when you press the remote's power button. If not, replace the batteries. Try pointing the remote directly at the sensor from about 1.5-1.8 meters away.

Why is my USB storage device not recognized on my Linsar 24LED550, or why won't media files play properly?

      Tammy FigueroaAug 30, 2025
Your Linsar HDTV has been tested with many Flash memory-based devices and hard disks, but it might not be compatible with all devices. If your external hard drive has its own power adapter, please use it. Only use a USB storage device formatted in a FAT32 file system provided with Windows. Devices formatted by other programs might not be recognized. The TV might not recognize the USB device or read files if connected with a USB extension cable. Files using unsupported codecs or containers will not play. Some files may not play correctly if there's an error in the content or container, or depending on how they are encoded. Sound might not work if the files have standard bit rates/frame rates above the TV’s compatibility ratings.

First, check that the volume isn't muted; if it is, press the VOL+ button. Unplug any connected earphones. Verify the volume level of the external device. Ensure the connection to any external audio device is correct and cables are fully inserted. Confirm the correct input source and audio settings are selected on the external audio device. Move the TV away from electronic devices that could cause interference. If using an external audio device via HDMI, ensure it supports HDMI-ARC and the ARC setting is on (check the device's manual). On the TV, go to MENU > System > HDMI CEC > HDMI ARC > ARC setting and turn it on. If using an optical cable, verify that MENU > Sound > Speaker > Audio Out is set to 'PCM'. If the sound isn't synchronized with the picture, adjust MENU > Sound > Speaker > Di...
