Instrument set-up for Bluetooth printing
GPS positional data acquisition
If fitted, the GPS module allows the user to obtain a GPS fix. Once
enabled the instrument will power up and attempt to obtain a fix
on start-up. This is clearly indicated to the user, and the instrument
will not allow them to do anything for thirty seconds. If after thirty
seconds (clearly stated on the screen) a fix has not been obtained
the user may press and hold the central navigation button for three
seconds and release. This will move the instrument on to the
breath test routines.
It is advisable that the user wait a minimum of a minute to obtain
a fix.
Once a fix is obtained the instrument will report the co-ordinates
and beep. It will automatically move on to the breath test routines.
