Alarm Cause Remedy
12 V supply not working (or
partial areas are not supplied)
12 V mains switch is switched off Switch 12 V main switch on
Fuse defective Replace fuse
Corresponding EBL is
overheated
Let the unit cool down
12 V indicator LED (green) does
not come on
12 V mains switch is switched off Switch 12 V main switch on
Living space battery not charged Charge the living space battery
Fuse defective Replace fuse
No voltage from the living space
battery
12 V supply not working (or
partial areas are not supplied)
Living space battery is
discharged
Charge the living space battery
immediately
If the living space battery remains
in a deeply discharged state for a
long time, it will be irreparably
damaged
12 V mains switch is switched off Switch 12 V main switch on
12 V indicator LED (green) does
not come on
Fuse defective Replace fuse
Corresponding EBL is
overheated
Let the unit cool down
