Auto
When your TV receives a 4:3 or 16:9
signal it will automatically change to
the picture format broadcast.
14:9
You can view a picture format of 14:9
or a general TV programme in the
14:9 mode. The 14:9 screen is viewed
in the same way as in 4:3, but is
magnified to the left and right.
4:3
The following selection will allow you
to view a picture with an original 4:3
aspect ratio, black bars will appear on
both the left and right of the screen.
Full
The following selection will allow you
to view the picture in full screen.
Zoom
The following selection will allow
you to view the picture without any
alteration, while filling the entire
screen. However, the top and bottom
of the picture will be cropped.

Customising the FUNCTION Setting
Video Size
Allows you to watch the screen in various picture formats. For analogue TV Mode, Auto / Full / 4:3 / 14:9 / Zoom are the available
options. For DTV mode, Auto / Full are the available options. For YPbPr and HDMI mode, Auto / 4:3 are the available options.
Press the 1. MENU button and then use the
buttons to select the
FUNCTION menu and then press the
button.
Press the 2.
buttons to select VIDEO SIZE.
Press the 3.
buttons to select the desired format.
Press the 4. MENU button to save the setting and return back to the previous
menu.
Press the 5. EXIT button to exit the menu.
