Issue Possible Causes Solution
The dishwasher does not
start.
The door is not properly
closed.
Close the door firmly.
The unit is not connected
to the mains socket.
Connect the mains plug to the
mains socket.
The unit is not switched on. Press the
button and select a
programme.
E1 Unit is taking too long to
fill to required water level,
water tap is shut off, or
water intake is restricted, or
water pressure is too low.
Check tap is fully opened, check
water pressure, and check water
hose is not kinked.
E3 Unit is not reaching the
required temperature.
Call a qualified technician.
E4 Unit is overfilling with
water.
Shut off the water tap, disconnect
from the mains and contact a
qualified service agent.
Ed Communication anomaly. Call a qualified technician.
