Description Solutions
E10 Inlet water problem
• Open the water tap, to check if the inlet hose is
squashed or kinked. Straighten the inlet hose.
• Check if the lter in the inlet valve is blocked or not.
Wash the inlet hose.
• Check if the water pressure is too low.
E12 Water overflow • Restart the machine.
E21 Drain problem
• Check if the drain pump is blocked.
• Wash the drain lter.
• Wash and straighten the drain hose.
E30 Door lock problem
• Check if the door of the washing machine is closed.
• Check if the clothes are pinned by the door.
Others • Please call the service line if there is any other issue.
