The following recording modes are available on the system: manual recording, schedule
recording, and motion recording. The system records video to the included SD card. Re-
cord up to 4 channels at the same time.
Recording Prerequisites:
An SD card must be inserted into the receiver in order to record video. You should al-
ways format the SD card prior to initial recording. For details, see 9.1 Format Memory,
page 21.
Maximum Recording Times:
The system supports SD cards up to 64 GB. Use the table below to help you estimate the
recording times on various sizes of SD cards. Times shown are in hours and minutes.

The system supports SD High Capacity (SDHC) cards, minimum Class 2, up to 64GB. The following
brands of SD cards are confirmed by Lorex: Adata, Kingston, Patriot, Sandisk, and Toshiba.
